Senior Designer experience and responsibilities included nearly all aspects of architectural practice, from Project Architect to Director of Design, with particular emphasis in Planning and Design. I have helped win multiple projects/new clients for most of the firms I have worked for through competition winning designs and/or presentations. I also have an excellent track record keeping repeat clients happy with the quality and responsiveness of my work. I often get assigned some of the most challenging sites or requests, which I resolve through hard work, perseverance, and experience. We are very capable in initiating and/or developing design concepts which lead to compelling high quality design solutions, and have the ability to prepare superior presentations which illustrate and help sell the proposed designs.

Design practice ranged from the design of interior spaces to the design of high rise buildings, including the detailing of residential units and floor plans. Planning work included site fit-up studies, developing high density urban mixed use projects and feasibility studies and/or master planning of multi-building site plans or developments.
